Dior, my love!

So on Saturday I went to Nordstrom's semi-annual Cosmetic Trend Show. I've gone to the past five shows with my mom, and it's become a tradition.

I had received some samples of Dior's Hydraction skincare line, which is amazing, so I decided to make an appointment with dior and try the rest of their make-up (I already use their Iconic mascara--no eyelash curler or primer is required).

I was totally blown away. I wanted to buy everything! My skin looked radiant, thanks to their Hydraction skin tint (like a very sheer, moisturizing foundation), and their skinflash brightener, which is basically a less shimmery version of YSL's best-selling highlighter Touche Eclat.

In addition to all these illuminating products, my make-up artist swiped on some really shimmery blush before I could protest. However, I was suprised to love it! Because the foundation was already dewy, the shimmery pink had the same look as the rest of my skin.

To wrap it up, the eyebrow pencil actually looked natural, the Incognito eye palette was the perfect complement, and their color-changing gloss turned a perfect shade of berry pink that stayed on my lips long after the gloss itself was gone, as promised (compare to Smashbox's O-gloss).

Obviously, I am obsessed with make-up :) But I hope you all appreciate the details-- when there's so much make-up around, it can be hard to see the subtle differences in color and texture that make all the difference. GO GET DIOR!
